Welcome back to Tuesday’s Paper Piecing tutorials. This week, I’m sending you over to Nadra’s website, Ellis and Higgs. She’s got an awesome and easy-to-follow tutorial for the Spinning Pinwheel block.
I’ll admit, this block took a little bit of time due to the fabric selection. For each colorway, you’ll need 3 different fabrics. I’m limiting my fabric selection for this project to scraps from all of the Bonnie and Camille lines I have. It was a challenge to use eight colorways that differed significantly enough to make the block stand out. Bonnie & Camille’s lines are blend nicely together but they don’t differ much in their color tones.
I don’t think my block is as stunning as Nadra’s but it’s still a keeper!
If you have any questions about the block, don’t hesitate to reach out to me. Or I am sure that Nadra would love to hear from you as well! She’s super sweet and approachable!
See you next Tuesday with another paper piecing block for our sampler!
